The Hangzhou Experience
700 years ago, the artist Huang Gong-Wang painted a great landscape known as "Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains". This became the inspiration behind Fuchun Resort. His masterly vision has been captured in the contemporary style of the resort, as dreamlike and tranquil as its reflection in the stillness of the lake. "One of the best new hotels in the world", wrote Conde Nast in May 2005.
Yes. We were there. The over flowing champagne, the cigarettes, the three hour unusual but very fabulous Balinese inspired massages, the tasteful Spanish wines from Catalan, the most sumptous food and exceptional hospitality in China. Drool because we got everything for free.
